An assignment was agreed with Redvesev trading as Rosso Pommodoro and the lease was heldfor a term expiring in June 2019 at a passing rent of £46,500 pa. A premium of £125,000 was paid to Ignite Group.
Kensington Park Road is also home to the successful Luna Rossa, Osteria Basilico and E & O, amongst others.
