Our landlord and tenant specialists retain an involvement in the acquisition and disposal of licensed and leisure property. This, coupled with the knowledge of our dedicated agency teams, enables us to judge the market for any given property.

Our Departmental Head acts as Arbitrator and Independent Expert himself so appreciates the need to inject practical considerations into rent review and lease renewal negotiations as well as being fully conversant with third party arbitrations. Valuations

Our valuers are all qualified Chartered Surveyors who are experienced in dealing with licensed and leisure property throughout the United Kingdom. We are involved in the valuation of property assets, investments, properties with vacant possession and going concerns. We call on our detailed market knowledge to provide these valuations.

As well as providing formal valuations, in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Appraisal and Valuation Manual, we also provide consultancy advice.
